I think it’s hard sometimes to read DIY (do it yourself) and think… sure, I’ve got time for that! I am a doer, a maker, a DIY’er, but when kid #2 came along production stopped on all things that weren’t essential to survival.
However! Some DIY tasks come along, and it’s so darn easy and awesome. It ends up saving you time and money!
